Wildlife Waystation - Sylmar

The Wildlife Waystation provides a "forever home" for exotic animals from the entertainment industry, private collections and medical research. The veterinary staff at the facility recently purchased a Vetrocket Rover XI portable x-ray system with a donation from the Ekstrom Foundation. This new portable system allows the staff to x-ray animals in their enclosures and provides real-time imaging.

Police Unity Tour Chapter 37 - New York

The Stanley W. Ekstrom foundation supports the efforts of the Police Unity Tour in raising awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty.  The secondary purpose is to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial and Museum.This year the annual bicycle ride begins at The World Trade Center in New York and ends in Washington D.C.

Pet Adoption Center of Orange County

The Pet Adoption Center of Orange County was established as a shelter for abandoned cats and dogs, and provides services for those who are looking to adopt. This is the first of what will hopefully become a network of satellite locations throughout Orange County. Funding from the Ekstrom Foundation allows the Center to offer a second chance to animals that aren't immediately adopted.

We proudly support the Soaring Spirits’ Camp Widow® San Diego program; a life-affirming weekend long event that offers widowed people a place to gather; and provides resources and tools to rebuild their lives following the loss of a spouse. The sponsorship will  provide stipends for Camp registration fees for 50 attendees.

Kitten Rescue Los Angeles

Founded in the late 90's, Kitten Rescue Los Angeles has grown to become one of the largest and most respected animal welfare groups in Los Angeles. The goal of the organization is to find permanent homes for unwanted cats and kittens. The Kitten Rescue Sanctuary has a full-time staff as well as numerous volunteers who provide care, love and socialization for the cats housed there.

The Stanley W. Ekstrom Foundations proudly supports the efforts of the Patriotic Service Dog Foundation. The foundation matches wounded veterans with highly trained and skilled Service Dogs. The Dogs allow their new partners to become more independent, self-confident, and comfortable with life outside of the military.

155th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB) - US Army Reserve Center

May 14th, 2016, the command of the 155th CSSB passed from LTC Cory F. Henry to LTC Andrew S. Mac Vicar. Stan Ekstrom always had a deep respect for those who defend our country. Speech & Language Development Center, Buena Park

Zack Bernal was born with cerebral palsy and he uses a specialized tablet to communicate with friends and family. Unfortunately this tablet was stolen from the family's car. The Stanley W. Ekstrom Foundation worked with his school, the Speech & Language Development Center, to provide a new tablet for Zack.
